Terms and Conditions of Order Placement

Impressionville, a Stampa Enterprise Company, is dedicated to providing its customers with outstanding service. In case you are not happy with the service offered to you, contact us, and brief your order summary.
We have a quality control department that will run a double check to see what went wrong, and we will make sure that we fix the inconvenience caused to you. However, listed below are a few exceptions related to submitting files and shipment that we can’t be held responsible for.
The production facility is located in Asia. Our state of the art production facility is well equipped with the latest technology and machines to get you the best final results in your packaging.
Submission of your designs
Before finalizing your design, make sure that you have double-checked everything. If any of the errors are not corrected on the final proof, the company will not be held responsible for any printed products' problems.
Things you should check before finalizing your order are:
- Text errors that include punctuation, spelling, and other mistakes
- Resolution of the Images(Low image quality will cause problems)
- Selection of the design
- Errors related to product type, size, finishing options, and quantity
- Duplication of orders by customers
- Incorrect specifications or image orientation during file submission
- Color match guarantee with the hardcopy proof
- Delivery delays due to incomplete or inaccurate file submissions
- Faulty files submitted for die-cutting, folding, scoring and other similar services
- Shipment and Delivery
- Errors related to delivery address
- Undeliverable packages, Third-party issues, product damage after delivery to clients
- The satisfaction guarantee doesn’t imply shipment claims. Products damaged or lost by the shipping freight company would be reprinted by us
- We can ask you to return the original products before reprinting or refunding
- We are not responsible for the quality of products received after the estimated delivery time or defective or incomplete items
Usage of your designs
We do not sell your designs or distribute them without your permission. However, we may display them in our work portfolio on our websites.
Impressionville has one of the best designers of the packaging market. If you need tweaking or some customizations of your designs, that is complementary. But, if you want us to make your designs from scratch, standard charges may apply.
Conditions related to Payment
The prices vary from packaging to packaging. You can contact our support staff to ask the prices of the items you want to purchase. Also, you can ask about any taxes and other charges on your order. They will provide you complete details regarding payments.

Terms related to Color Accuracy
Impressionville will try its best to match the color as best as possible with the submitted files. However, the exact intensity can’t be matched due to the ink specifications and printing limitations. The colors you see on the screen are true colors; therefore, they are different from the real printed results. However, we give about 90% of the color matching guarantee, and if it’s below that mark, we will get your product reprinted free of cost. However, print jobs without a hardcopy proof won’t be reprinted.
The customer is solely responsible for the accuracy of the design files; you are therefore requested to proofread everything before submitting it. Check your Post Office guidelines to get yourself familiarized with the latest mailing restrictions for your artworks.
We take the necessary steps to safeguard your artwork files. However, we are not responsible for loss or damage to them. Also, you give your consent to the use of images.
You are giving your consent that your artwork files won’t contain any material that would give rise to any criminal, civil, publicity, privacy, and intellectual copyrights issue. We won’t print any materials that promote sexuality or violence.
Turnaround time counts from the moment your order has been placed, files have been uploaded, and we have received the approval along with the payment. For next day printing, as discussed above, we need hardcopy approval. If there has been an issue with the file, the turnaround time would again be redefined unless we receive the right artwork.
Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 10 business days. Rushed orders are also entertained for additional charges. The standard turnaround time for rushed orders is 6 business days, provided no delay comes from the shipping company.
All the jobs that are approved by 6.00 PM, turnaround time will count from that business day. We are closed for major holidays and Saturdays/Sundays. These days will be excluded from the production time. Shipping methods can also affect turnaround time.
We are not liable for the delays caused by the shipping companies. Also, the delays that might result due to weather and the damages caused by it are not our responsibility. Faulty files may result from delays that we have already mentioned we can’t be held responsible for.
Shipping is free for all orders. However, you may have to pay extra for rushed orders.
We have one of the lowest MOQs you can get in the market. The MOQ depends on the style and type of boxes. The minimum quantity varies from box to box. Therefore, it is better to ask the support staff about it.
Your mailing details are our property and would only be used as required and instructed by you. We do not intend to sell your mailing information to a third party.
Impressionville will fix printing errors as long as these are related to the printing quality. If you want to change the address, please notify us beforehand. Products fitting in one box would be delivered free; all extra items would be charged with handling fees.
Refunds are not made once we have started working on your order, so once the order has been placed and processed, we won’t give you a refund.
Your product images and content won’t be used for any marketing campaign without your prior consent.
